I did the IVRR today. That is a really tough course! There are 2 climbs on the course. They only last a few minutes but that proved to be enough to split the race up really quick. The first and steepest climb comes about 2.5 miles into the race and about 20 of us made the front group. After the second climb there were about 12 left in that group and thats how we stayed for the remainder of the race. I finished 6th in the group sprint so a little better than last time. I think I would have done better but picked a bad line with about 500 meters to go went of the road for some ‘cyclocross’ action and had to work real hard to get back to a wheel. These 4’s I have been racing with are ____  strong! I went to a dark place out there.
